The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at Plas Menai Outdoor Centre, near Y Felinheli, LL55 1UE, at 8.00 pm.
The proceedings will include reports by the officers on the C&A Motor Club's activities and finances for the year to 31st October 2017. It will also include the election of officers for the next twelve months, plus four members of the committee to serve for three years.
The evening is an opportunity for any member to air their views on the running of the Club and present new ideas.
The agenda and accounts for the year will be circulated at the end of April.
If you wish to nominate a club member to serve as an officer, or as a member of the committee, please complete the nomination form and return it to the Company Secretary to arrive by noon, 24th May 2018.
