Information

Organised by Dion Bee and Ifan Devine, this is the first Navigation Run of the year. Approximately 25 miles on Ordnance Survey Map 115 Snowdon/Yr Wyddfa . Plotting will be by six-figure map references with help on hand to sort out any problems.
Ideal practice for upcoming events such as the Valentine Novice Rally and Rali Llŷn. However, you should attend the Navigation Run in a standard car - no rally cars allowed.

Note that you require a RS Clubman (minimum grade) competition licence to compete on navigation runs and this is available free of charge from Motorsport UK. Apply online at - RS Clubman application.

Start: 19.30 hours from the Shell Site Car Park off Balaclava Road, Caernarfon, LL55 1SQ (behind Morrisons) - map reference 115/480¼ 632.
In addition to map 115, you will need the usual navigation aids such as romer, poti (or other illuminated map magnifier), clipboard, pencil, eraser, etc.
The usual entry fee of £10 per car applies.
