Thanks go to Lee Matthews (Clerk of the Course) and Dafydd Edwards (Secretary) for organising the event and to Mr Hughes for the use of the venue. Many thanks to Ronnie Roberts for scrutineering the cars and to the marshals, without who the event couldn't run - John Evans, Paul Cross & Sid, Jamie Jones, Merfyn & Alwen Williams, and Gruffudd & Karen Thomas. Good to see that our President Ken Jones and son Josh came along to support the event.

This Clubman permit Car Trial will be held on the evening of Wednesday 21st June 2023 on land at Rhuddlan Bach, Brynteg, Isle of Anglesey LL78 7JJ. What three words: ///weekend.performs.crackles. Same entrance as the Quarry on the B5110.
Clerk of the Course Lee Matthews advises that the Trial fields are relatively smooth and are suitable for standard cars and offer great opportunity for Clubman competition. Tests will be laid out to be non-damaging with low bumpers in mind. The venue has good access even for trailers, and we hope to create some challenging tests for both rally cars and modern low-slung cars. With some thought and planning this event promises to be an enjoyable evening’s motorsport no matter the weather, or what car you drive.
Once a driver has completed scrutineering and signing-on, cars may attempt the designated “Practice Test” under marshal’s supervision.
Public road sections will not be used to link sections, as the whole event takes place on private property.

Please note that you will also require a Motorsport UK competition licence of minimum RS Clubman grade, which is available free of charge.
