Over £1,100 raised on Taith Eryri
This year saw the return of the popular Taith Eryri classic run after an absence of three years. Starting from Pant Du Vineyard and Cafe, Penygroes, an entry of almost fifty cars followed a route of about 90 miles around Eryri and the Llŷn Peninsula, including a lunch halt at Nant Gwrtheyrn, to a finish at the Air Ambulance base at Caernarfon Airport, Dinas Dinlle.
The monies raised by the event enabled C&A Motor Club to donate £1,186 to the Wales Air Ambulance charity. The Air Ambulance relies entirely on charitable donations and we are pleased to be able to make a contribution to the funds required to maintain this important service.
Many thanks to the organising team and to the sponsors - Sbardun Car Accessories, Pwllheli, for the rally plates, and Gwynedd Farm Machinery Ltd for the roadbooks.
